Login to the Sendlytics


1) Visit https://dashboard.sendlytics.app/ and log in using the provided credentials.

2) Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the dashboard.

Agency Setup


To set up an agency, you’ll need to contact a Sendlytics admin to have the new agency added.

Client Onboarding


For Agency Admins:

1) After logging in as the agency admin, go to the Settings tab and select the Add New Client button.

2) Fill in the form to add the client, then click Save. The client will be added to the system, and you’ll see them in the client list.

3) Once the client is added, you’ll have the option to link the client’s Klaviyo account to Sendlytics.

Linking Klaviyo:


1) Click Link Klaviyo.

2) You’ll be redirected to the Klaviyo OAuth consent page. If you're not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in.

3) Review the requested permissions and click Allow to grant access.

4) After consent, Klaviyo will redirect you back to Sendlytics, where the code will be exchanged for tokens.

5) You will then see a successful screen confirming the successful link.


Once the Klaviyo account is linked, you’ll be able to view the client’s performance data in detail on the dashboard and other relevant sections.

Linking Shopify After Client is Pro:


1) Once the client is upgraded to Pro, the Link Shopify button will appear.

2) Click on Link Shopify, and you’ll be redirected to Shopify, where you can install the Sendlytics app.

3) Follow the installation process in Shopify.
4) After successful installation, you’ll be able to see Shopify data under the Retention Analytics tab.
